2 c. cooked rice
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1 can each cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Saute onion and celery in margarine and add to egg and soups. Layer rice, chicken and sauce in a greased casserole dish. Bake for 30 min at 350.
