1 pkg ramen noodles w/ seasoning packet (chicken)
1 lb. chicken breasts
1 Tbsp veg. oil
1 c. chopped cabbage
1 med. onion, sliced
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 c. broccoli
1 c. cauliflower
1 c. sliced celery
2 med. carrots, sliced
1/2 c. bean sprouts
water chestnuts
Set aside seasoning from noodles. Cook noodles according to directions. Meanwhile, in lg skillet, stir-fry chicken in oil for 5-6 min or til no longer pink. Add vegetables, stir-fry until crisp-tender. Drain noodles. Add to the pan with contents of seasoning packet. Add up to 1/2 c. soy sauce, if desired. Stir well. Serve.
