4 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. frozen peas
1 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. mayo
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Combine rice, onion, peas, & chicken in bowl, mix well. Mix soup, mayo, milk, salt, pepper, and 1 c. cheese in lg. bowl. Fold in chicken mixture. Spoon into buttered 9 x 13 dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1 c. cheese. Bake for 25 min.
