Finger Steaks

From:Aunt Ree

1 round steak, cut into 1" cubes

Combine:
1 egg
1 c. milk

Slowly add:
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic salt

Put cubed steak into batter for 1 hour. Remove from batter & deep fry at 325 until done. Approx. 1-5 min.
