Caramel Apple Salad

4-6 apples
2 c. cool whip
1 (1 oz) instant butterscotch pudding-sugar free
1 c. milk
1/2 c. peanuts

Whisk milk and pudding for 1 min. (will be really thick) Whisk in 1 c. topping Gently fold in remaining cool whip and fold in apples. Refrigerate. Add peanuts before serving. (they get soggy if you do do it too soon)
