Ginger's Cheeseball

2-8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
1-16 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
2 Tbsp green peppers, chopped
2 Tbsp onion, chopped
2 Tbsp seasoning salt
2 c. pecans, chopped and divided

Mix all ingredients, withholding 1 cup of pecans into a ball. Roll cheeseball into remaining pecans. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers.
