Hot Chicken Salad

From:Bonnie Rice

2-3 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. diced celery
2 Tbsp chopped onion
3 hard boiled eggs, shredded
1 sm. can rice chow mein noodle (or just chow mein)

Sauce:
2/3 c. mayo
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 c. chicken broth

Lay chicken, celery, onion, and egg in 9 x 13 pan. Mix sauce together and pour on top. Bake at 450 for 15 min. Place chow mein on top at bake 5 more min.
