6 chicken breasts
2 Tbsp oil
1 (14 1/2 oz) can chicken broth
1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1 med green pepper, chopped
3 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 c. water
Brown chicken in oil. Put chicken in crockpot. Combine the rest of the ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover. Cook on high 4-6 hours. Serve over rice.
