Simple, Quick, Light, & Yummy Rolls

3 1/2 c. warm water
1 c. oil
1 Tbsp salt
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
6 Tbsp yeast
10 1/2 c. flour

Mix warm water, oil, sugar, and yeast and let rest for 15 min. Add salt, eggs, and flour. Mix and knead by hand or with bread mixer. Shape into rolls or doughnuts. Let rise for 10 min or refrigerate.

Bake dinner rolls or cinnamon rolls at 400 for 20 min.

Fry doughnuts in hot oil at 375.
