Stuffed Quesadillas

4 tortillas shells
olives
black beans, rinsed and drained
chopped tomatoes
chopped onion
chicken, cooked and cubed
green and/or red peppers, diced
cheese
lime juice

Place everything onto 2 shells and cover with remaining 2 shells. Toast until heated through. Serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
