5 med. tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 med. red onion, thinly sliced
1 pkg. crumbled tomato & basil feta cheese
1/2 c. olive oil
1 Tbsp dried oregano
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 can olives, sliced
On serving platter, layer tomatoes & onion. Top with feta & olives. In jar with lid, combine oil, vinegar, and oregano. Shake well. Drizzle over salad.
