Whole Wheat Bread

6 c. warm water
2 Tbsp yeast
2 Tbsp salt
2/3 c. honey
2/3 c. oil
1/2 c. vital wheat gluten
13-15 c. white wheat flour
(Be sure to use hard white wheat for light texture. People will think you use 1/2 white flour)

Put warm water in mixing bowl. Add honey. Stir. Sprinkle on yeast. Put lid on and rest 5-10 min. Add oil, wheat gluten, salt, flour.

Knead dough for 6-7 min. Shape into 4 loaves. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min.
