Dijon Chicken
From:Kerina Christensen Mills
(Again, I haven't tried this yet but sounds super yummy!)
Chicken breasts
Dijon mustard
Ritz crackers, crushed
Dip chicken in dijon mustard and coat with crackers. Bake at 350 for 30 min or until done.
