Classic Creamed Corn

1 lb frozen corn
12 oz whipped cream
1 1/2 Tbsp melted butter
1 1/2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp white pepper
3 Tbsp parmesan cheese

Combine corn, cream, salt & pepper, and sugar in pot and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 min. Mix butter and flour in separate bowl, stirring til smooth. Combine with corn mix and put in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and brown under broiler.
