These wings are FANTASTIC!!! We think they are better than the restaurant. They are super easy to make too.
What you'll need:
wings
oil, for frying
wing sauce
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
Salt
Pepper
Cayenne pepper
Season salt
Flour
In a gallon ziploc bag mix flour with desired amount of seasonings. Remove from flour mix and fry in hot oil, approx 10 min. Remove from oil and cool for a few min. In another ziploc bag, place cooked wings w/ desired amount of sauce. Serve.
You can buy different wing sauces in the grocery store if you wish. You can also purchase Buffalo Wild Wing (BWW) sauce at the restaurant. BWW sells their sauce 3 for $12, or you can purchase individually. It doesn't take very much sauce for a lot of wings. We made approx. 36 wings and we used about 1/4 of the bottle. We (meaning Josh, cuz I can't do math as well as him) figured it would equate to about 25 cents a wing. BWW has their wings for 40 cents at the cheapest.
We like to serve our wings with blue cheese dressing and celery.
ENJOY!!!
