We had some friends over last night for Wrestle mania (not my favorite event but always up for a party) and we did nachos for dinner and served this guacamole. It was a hit! It's by far the best guac I've ever had.
2 avocados
1 limes, juice of
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp pepper, or to taste
1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/8 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste
Halve avocados, remove pit. Scoop out fruit and place in a bowl. Mash with a fork. Immediately mix in lime juice, incorporating well. Mix in remaining ingredients, serve immediately.
*I only used half a lime for the juice (mine had a lot of juice) and I refrigerated mine before serving. Just be sure to stir before serving.
