Bottom: 1 c. pecans, chopped, 1 stick margarine, soft (not melted), 1 c. flour. Mix together, press on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 17 min. Let cool.
2nd Layer: 8 oz cream cheese, softened, 1 1/2 c. cool whip, 1 c. powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla. Mix together until smooth and spread over crust.
3rd Layer: Mix together 2 1/2 c. milk, 2 small pkgs instant chocolate pudding (do NOT use 1 lg pkg of instant pudding) Spread over 2nd layer and let stand.
4th Layer: Spread additional cool whip over pudding layer.
Cut into squares and serve!
