1 (15oz) can stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 c. chicken stock
1 1/4 c. rice
1 Tbsp butter
2 tsp chili powder
3/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp cumin
In a med pan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is done.
Garnish w/ green onions and cheddar cheese.
