Crockpot Chicken & Gravy

2 lb chicken
14 oz chicken broth
2 packages chicken gravy mix

Put chicken in crockpot. Pour in broth. Cook 3-4 hours. Pour 2 cups broth from pot in small pan. Add gravy packet. Whisk & cook til thick.

Serve with mashed potatoes
