Red, White, and Blue Buffalo Chicken Bites

2 chicken breast
1/3 c. buffalo sauce (I used Frank's)
1/3 c. italian dressing
1/4 c. ranch dressing
salt & pepper
1-2 Tbsp flour

Cut chicken into chunks. Place chicken in slow cooker. Sprinkle with 1-2 Tbsp flour and toss to coat. Mix frank's and italian dressing together. Pour over chicken. Toss chicken to coat well. Cover and cook on low for 2-4 hours. Stir in 1/4 c. ranch after 2 hours.
If desired serve over rice and sprinkle with blue cheese.
