Bacon Jalapeno Cheeseball

If you love a little bite to your food you will like this. My 7 yo fought me over it. He loved it!

2 - 8oz pkgs cream cheese (room temp)
1/3 cup miralce whip salad dressing (I used mayo cuz that's what I had)
1 bottle hormel bacon bits (reserve 2 tbs for outer coating of cheese ball)*
8 oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs worcestershire
pinch of cayenne
2 tbs chopped cilantro
2 jalapeno peppers hollowed and diced small (I left mine whole, just cut off the tops)
1/4 cup chives (for outer coating of cheese ball)
1/3 cup finely chopped pecans (for outer coating of cheese ball)

Mix everything together and form into a ball. Refrigerate a few hours before serving so that everything has a chance to mold together and hold. Super yummy served with ritz or wheat thins.

*I used bacon bits from Sam's club or Costco.

This make a huge cheeseball. Depending on how many you are feeding may want to cut the recipe in half.
