Roasted Butternut Squash

I didn't eat a lot of squash growing up. I have a picky family. Nobody really cared for it so mom never made it. I tried it and loved it!

1 lb. squash, peeled and chunked
2 Tbsp butter, melted
salt & pepper, to taste
2 tsp parsley
2 Tbsp honey

Preheat oven to 400. Mix everything together and spread evenly on a pan. Bake for 30-45 min or until tender.
