Reese's Nutter Butter Truffles

16 oz nutter butter cookies
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz Reese's mini peanut butter cups, quartered
12 oz chocolate chips
3/4 Tbsp shortening
Sprinkles, optional

Blend nutter butters til crumbly. Chunk cream cheese. Blend with crumbs. Remove blade and fold in peanut butter cups. Roll into 1 in balls. Freeze for 20-30 min and dip in chocolate. Cover with sprinkles.
