Creamy Swiss Chicken Bake

Found the recipe at lilluna.com

4-6 chicken breast
6-8 slices swiss cheese
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp each salt, pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
cooked rice

Preheat oven to 375. Pat chicken dry and place in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Add cheese on top of chicken.
In a bowl, mix mayo, sour cream, 1/2 c. cheese, seasonings. Spread over chicken. Sprinkle remaining parm cheese. Bake for 1 hour or til chicken is done.
Serve over rice.

*Next time we want to try mixing bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle that over the top before baking.
