Pecan Crusted Salmon

This is a replica of Johnny Carino's Pecan Salmon

2 salmon fillets
4 Tbsp chopped pecans
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp mayo

Preheat oven to 425. Mix dijon and mayo. Spread over salmon. Sprinkle pecans over the top and press down.

Roast for 10-12 min or salmon is done.
