Cheese & Chicken Enchiladas

1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pkg (9oz) frozen diced chicken
4 oz cream cheese, cubed
2 tsp chili powder
6 flour tortillas
1/2 c. diced fresh tomatoes
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 can green chilies
1/4 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp cumin
4 oz velveeta, cubed
2 Tbsp milk

In lg. microwave bowl combine onion and garlic. Cover and microwave on high 30-60 sec. or til onion is tender, stirring twice. Stir in chicken, cream cheese, green chilies, broth, chili powder, adn cumin. Cover and microwave on high 45-90 sec. or till cream cheese is melted, stirring twice. Spoon about 1/3 c. down center of ea. tortilla. Roll & place in pan. In another bowl combine cheese, 1/4 c. tomato and milk. Microwave til cheese is melted. Drizzle over enchiladas. Microwave, uncovered, 45-90 seconds or til heated through.
