4 chicken breasts (boil & shred)
1 onion finely chopped & sauteed
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
4.5 oz can diced green chilies
12 flour tortillas
3 c. shredded cheese
After sauteing onion stir in soups, sour cream, and green chilies. Heat until warm. Tear tortillas into bite-sized pieces. Layer half of sauce, chicken, tortillas, and cheese in slow cooker, alternate.
Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours or high 2-3.
