Heinz 57 Sauce Meatloaf

1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1 c. crushed saltines or 3 slices bread torn, or 3/4 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. milk
3 Tbsp Heinz 57 sauce
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 onion, chopped

Mix all ingredients well. Shape into loaf pan. Brush top with additional 57 sauce. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

*Mushrooms or sliced black olives are tasty additions
