1 lb ground beef
1 tsp garlic, minced
2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 can olives, chopped
2 c. cheese, reserve 1 c.
2/3 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp pepper
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
6 tortillas
Brown meat, onion, and garlic in butter. Add seasonings, olives, and tomato sauce. Using a 2-qt dish add enough meat to cover bottom. Alternate layers as follows:Tortilla, meat sauce, cheese. Top with reserved cheese. Add water and cover. Bake at 400 for 30 min.
