1 Tbsp oil
3 green onions
1/4 c. sliced almonds
4 chicken breasts
1/4 c. minced water chestnuts
4-6 lettuce leaves
STIR FRY SAUCE
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp chili oil
1 tsp cornstarch
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp minced ginger
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp oil
SESAME GINGER DIPPING SAUCE
1/4 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tsp oil
1 dash red pepper flakes
3/4 tsp cornstarch
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
1 dash parsley
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp minced ginger
1/4 tsp minced garlic
PEANUT DIPPING SAUCE
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp minced ginger
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp oil
1/3 c. water
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp chili oil
1. Stirfry sauce: Combine water & cornstarch stir until cornstarch is dissolved.
2. Add this to the other stir fry sauce ingredients in a small pan over med heat.
3. Bring to boil then reduce heat & simmer till thick.
4. Sesame ginger sauce: Combine water & cornstarch in mix until cornstarch is dissolved.
5. Combine solution w/ other dippin sauce ingredients in small pan over med heat.
6. Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 2 min.
7. Peanut Sauce:Combine ingredients in pan over med-low heat.
8. Heat while whisking until sauce becomes smooth.
9. Remove from ehat when done.
10. Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in lg. skillet over med heat.
11. Cook chicken breasts until done, reomve to a cutting board and slice it into strips w/ a sharp knife.
12. Keep pan hot
13. Put chicken back in same pan over med heat and add water chestnuts
14. Heat for 1 min
15. Add 5 Tbsp of stir fry sauce to chicken and heat for 2 min. stirring often.
16.The sauce should be bubbly
17.Add the sliced green onions and stir.
18. The chicken is done.
19. Spoon onto the lettuce cups.
20. Serve with dipping sauces on the side.
*Add grated or chopped carrots
