2/3 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. canola oil
2 tsp steak seasoning
2 lbs. chicken, cubed
2/3 c. honey
1 Tbsp horseradish
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lg. red & green pepper, chunked
In small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, oil, horseradish, steak seasoning, & garlic. Pour 1 cup marinade into lg. resealable plastic bag. Add chicken. Seal bag & turn to coat. Refrigerate 5-6 hours. Cover & refrigerate remaining marinade. Drain & discard marinade. Alternately thread chicken & vegetable onto skewers. Grill, covered over med heat 5-7 min on each side or till chicken is done, basting frequently with remaining marinade.
