12 oz uncooked linguine
5 c. fresh baby spinach
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese, cubed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 lb. bacon, diced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp butter
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Cook pasta to pkg directions, Meanwhile, in lg skillet cook bacon over med heat until crisp using slotted spoon to remove to paper towels, drain, reserving 1 Tbsp drippings. In drippings, sauce spinach, onion, & garlic til tender. Add milk, cream cheese, butter, salt, nutmeg, & pepper. Stir til smooth. Stir in bacon, heat through. Drain pasta. Toss w/ sauce.
