2-3 chicken breasts
1-16 oz can tomato sauce
1 can corn, drained
1 can chicken broth
2 Tbsp taco seasoning
2 c. instant rice, uncooked
Cube chicken, cook and brown in skillet. Add chicken broth, tomato sauce, taco seasoning and simmer. Add corn. Heat till hot and simmer 5 min. Add instant rice. Cook till done. Dollop with sour cream and eat with tortilla chips.
