1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 4 portions
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 Tbsp flour
1 c. beef broth
Season steaks. Cook steaks in lg. skillet to desired doneness. Remove & keep warm. Heat butter in pan drippings. Add mushrooms and cook till tender and liquid evaporates. Stir in flour and cook 1 min. Gradually stir in broth. Cook & stir until mix boils and thickens. Serve mushroom gravy with steaks.
