Sesame Chicken

For chicken:
1/3 c. butter
1 lg. egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 Tbsp water
1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 c. sesame seeds
8 lg. chicken breasts
1/3 c. flour

Mushroom Sauce:

1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 can chicken broth
1/2 c. heavy cream
4 oz can mushrooms*
2 tsp parsley

For chicken:
Place butter in 8 x 12 pan and melt in oven. Blend egg, water, soy sauce, and salt & pepper. Dip chicken in flour and then egg mix. Put chicken in pan. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

For sauce:
Melt butter in med. pan. Stir in flour. Remove from heat. Add chicken broth, stir til smooth and cook til thick. Add cream, mushrooms, & parsley.

Serve with potatoes

*I prefer fresh mushrooms, lightly sauteed.
