Tangy Chicken

From:Delinda Fields

4-6 chicken breasts
Flour, salt & pepper

Dredge chicken in flour mixed with salt & pepper. Brown in saute pan. Place chicken in casserole dish.

Sauce:
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. mustard
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. ketchup

In saucepan combine sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil. Pour over chicken breasts. Bake at 350 for 45 min to 1 hour.

*This is a very sweet sauce
