Chicken with Mustard Gravy

From:Simple & Delicious-Nov/Dec 2006

4 chicken breasts
1/2 tsp salt, divided
1/4 tsp pepper, divided
2 Tbsp butter
4 Tsp honey mustard*
1 Tbsp milk
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 c. sour cream

Rub chicken with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper. In a large skillet over med heat, cook chicken in butter for 6-8 min or til done. Remove and keep warm.

In same skillet, combine mustard, milk, basil, parsley, and remaining salt & pepper. Cook and stir over low heat until heated through. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve with chicken

*We used dijon because we didn't have honey.
