1 pkg (16 oz) penne pasta
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 1/4 c. salsa con queso dip
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp salt
1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed & drained
1 large tomato, chopped
3 green onions, sliced
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Cook pasta to pkg directions. Meanwhile in lg bowl, combine the chicken, dip, milk, and salt. Drain pasta, add to chicken mix and toss to coat. Top with black beans, tomato, onions, and cheese.
*Depending on how much sauce you like you may want to add a little extra
**You may want to heat your cheese sauce before combining with everything.
