Crockpot Chicken Dip

1 oz monterey jack cheese
1 (10 1/2 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz) sour cream
4 oz cream cheese
3/4 c. velveeta cheese
1 onion, chopped fine
garlic salt to taste
2 (5 oz) cans chicken breast, drained

Mix all ingredients in crockpot. Heat 3-4 hours on high. Serve with bagels, crackers, or chips.
