1 envelope Lipton Vegetable Recipe Soup mix
1 pint sour cream
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1-10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach
1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts
In bowl blend soup mix, sour cream, mayo, lemon juice. Stir in pkg of spinach, thawed and squeezed dry, and can or water chestnuts, drained and chopped. Chill. Hollow out a loaf of french bread and fill with dip.
