Perfect Chicken Salad

From: Mom King

2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed
2 tbsp chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped olives
1/2 c. carrots, chopped

Dressing:
1/2 c. mayo
1 Tbsp mustard
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt

In med. bowl combine the chicken, peas, olives, carrots, and onion. Mix dressing ingredients in a small bowl, pour over salad and toss to coat.

Yield: 2-3 servings
