4 pork chops
salt
pepper
paprika
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 1/2 cans cream of celery soup
2 Tbsp salad oil
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can green beans, drained
3 c. french fries
Preheat oven to 400. Sprinkle pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika. In lg skillet over med high heat, brown pork chops in hot oil. Remove from pan and drain off drippings. In same skillet, over low heat stirring constantly heat soup, sour cream, and parsley. Do not boil Place frozen fries in shallow 1 qt casserole dish. Top with layer of green beans. Pour hot sauce over fries and beans top with pork chops. Cover and bake 45 min or until sauce is bubbly and potatoes are hot and tender.
