2 cans cheese soup
1/4 c. apple juice
2 c. swiss cheese or cheddar (we did half and half)
4 green onions, finely chopped
1/4 tsp garlic
dash pepper sauce
Heat soup, juice, and cheese in pan. Stir til melted. Stir in onion, garlic powder, and pepper sauce.
If becomes a little thick, add some apple juice.
Serve with veggies, brats, potatoes, or whatever fondue type things you want.
I didn't think the pepper sauce made much of a difference. Also, if you don't have a fondue pot you can just eat it out of the pan. :)
