This was SO SO good. Josh and I were in LOVE with it. It does seem a little complex to make at first but it's really not difficult. It does help to make the sauce for the chicken in advance too. We also didn't coat our chicken one at a time. We did a handful or so at a time. Also, the slurry stuff that you coat your chicken in, the recipe says it should look like a paste but mine was more like a powder. Still turned out great. Another thing, if you have small children like me, you can take some chicken out before adding the peppers so it's not spicy for them. The recipe also suggests serving it over rice. We didn't. It was still good.
I can't say much about the rice other than it was FANTASTIC. Definitely be sure to use cold rice. This was so good. We think it's better than take out and was super easy to make.
We loved this meal so much we had it again for leftovers the next day and still wanted more!
