Here's a few quick tips to help in your kitchen.
*If veggies need cut up for a recipe, do it before you actually start cooking everything. It makes cooking times faster and easier too.
*If you don't have a garlic press (mine you don't have to peel) and need to get the shell (skin) off of the garlic you can microwave it for 10-15 sec and it will come right off.
*Don't be intimidated by the recipes! Be sure you read ALL ingredients and ALL directions before you decide you don't want to make it.
*Remember-practice makes perfect!
