Turkey Portobello Pasta

4 servings

6 oz uncooked spaghetti
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water
3/4 c. sliced baby portobello mushrooms
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. Italian cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp parmesan

Cook spaghetti to package directions. Meanwhile, in lg. pan combine turkey, soup, water, mushrooms, and seasonings. Bring to a boil, simmer 5-7 min or til heated through. Remove from heat and add italian cheese and sour cream, mix til smooth. Drain spaghetti, place in a serving bowl. Top with turkey mixture and parmesan cheese.

Calories-1 c. turkey mix with 3/4 c. spaghetti=416

*I changed my seasoning amounts on this a little. I did 1/2 tsp rosemary and italian seasoning and 1 tsp onion and garlic powder.
