Garlic Chicken Pita

From:Next Grilleration-George Foreman

3 chicken breasts
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (I used bottled)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp fresh oregano, chopped (I used dried)
1/4 tsp salt (I would omit this next time)
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 pita breads, halved
3 Tbsp garlic aioli
1 c. lettuce, shredded
2 tomatoes, sliced

In self-sealing plastic bag, combine chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and salt & pepper. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour up to 8.

Place the grilling plate on grill and preheat to high. Coat with spray. Place chicken on grill and close lid, cooking 7-9 min or til done. Remove and cut into strips.

To assemble pitas, spread interior of each half w/ 1 tsp garlic aioli. Stuff with equal portions of chicken, lettuce, and tomatoes.

*This was so stinkin easy and so quick. Healthy too. (unless you really load on the aioli stuff) :)
