Garlic Aioli

From: Next grilleration-George Foreman

1 c. mayo
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (I used bottled)
1/2 tsp salt and pepper each

In food processor or blender combine ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate. Make about 1 1/2 c.

*I didn't put mine in a blender. I just put in the bowl and stirred it up. Tasted just fine to me. And it was a lot less work and way less dishes.

*Serve this with Garlic Chicken Pitas.
