Chicken Ole

From:Easy Slow Cooker Cookbook

6 chicken breasts
1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz) jar salsa
2 tsp. cumin
1 bunch fresh green onion, chopped

Pound chicken to flatten. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese til smooth. Add salsa, cumin, and onions, mix gently.

Place heaping spoonfuls of cream cheese mix on each chicken breast and roll. (There will be leftover cream cheese mix)

Place chicken seam down in greased crockpot. Spoon remaining cream cheese over each chicken.

Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours.

*I only used 2-3 breasts and it was a lot of sauce. I would cut it in half for that amount of chicken. Also, serve it over rice or noodles.
