Buttermilk Brownies

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp cocoa
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. cold water
1/2 c. or 1 cube butter
1 tsp soda
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Sift sugar, flour, and cocoa together. In saucepan bring water, butter, and oil to a boil. Pour over dry ingredients, beat until creamy. Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla and soda. Bake in a large greased cookie sheet for 18 min at 400 degrees.
